10-year-old doesn’t let snow or ice snap his daily surfing streak
It was a snowy day for Carter Douri’s school district in New Jersey.
However snow and ice didn’t protect the 10-year-old child away from his daily surfing routine.
Douri began surfing daily when New Jersey was first blocked firstly of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. After better than 590 days, he continues to win in a row.
“I’ve nothing else to do, so why not proceed?” He News 12 told New Jersey.. “It’s enjoyable, and I obtained all these nice issues from doing it, so I’m going to maintain it going.”
His first goal was a 100-day surf streak. Then he moved it to a yr. Now he hit it for 1,000 days.
Douri’s mom and father help with transportation and motivation.
