To evolve Charcadet to Ceruledge, find the NPC in Zapipico. The quest will ask you for 10 Sinistea Fragments in exchange for Malicious Armor. The player must kill Sinistea, located in South Province (Area Six) and East Province (Area Three), to get the needed fragments. Afterward, go to Sapipico or East Proving (Area Three), and find the NPC offering a trade. Exchange for the Sinistea Fragments into Malicious Armor, and put it on your Charcadet.
