Seychelles is an archipelago in the Indian Ocean off the coast of East Africa consisting of 115 islands with a population of less than 100,000, making it the least-populous African nation. 

San Marino’s last match in the UEFA Nations League was a 1-0 loss at Malta on June 12. Seychelles lost at Madagascar in the second leg of the first round of the African Nations Championship on July 31, dropping a 3-0 decision and losing 4-0 aggregate over the two matches. San Marino last scored a goal in a friendly against Lithuania in March and is scoreless in five straight matches.
